Every hole, dimple, lip, and service opening is pre-punched to 0.5mm accuracy before profile folding. This eliminates on-site measuring, cutting, and drilling errors, allowing construction crews to assemble components with simple hand tools.

Traceability: Every profile is inkjet coded with unique member numbers matching 3D erection drawings.
