SerBuild designs and manufactures light gauge steel (LGSF) and heavy structural steel buildings for residential developments, industrial warehouses, manufacturing factories, aircraft hangars, commercial offices, and agricultural halls.

Yes. All structural engineering is performed strictly according to Eurocodes (EN 1990, EN 1991, EN 1993, EN 1998) including project-specific National Annex parameters for local snow, wind, and seismic loads.

We offer five flexible delivery packages: Engineering Only, Supply Only (containerized flat-pack kit), Supply with On-Site Supervision, Complete Frame Installation, and Turnkey Project Delivery in eligible regions.

Components are precision roll-formed or cut, permanent piece-marked, and packed in dense weather-protected flat-pack bundles optimized for 40ft High Cube containers, accompanied by detailed 3D packing lists and assembly manuals.
