These General Commercial Terms govern all quotations, proforma contracts, engineering services, manufacturing orders, and export shipments executed by SerBuild Steel Systems Inc. (SerBuild) for international B2B clients, contractors, developers, and distributors.
SerBuild delivers structural calculations, 3D BIM models, and shop drawings strictly within the agreed contractual scope. The local client or general contractor remains responsible for obtaining municipal building permits, verifying site soil bearing capacity, and executing the civil concrete foundation slab according to SerBuild's foundation reaction parameters.
All structural steel fabrication complies with European Execution Standard EN 1090-2 (Class EXC2 / EXC3). Cold-formed profiles comply with EN 10162 tolerances. Any modifications to structural geometry requested after client sign-off of shop drawings will be evaluated as a formal variation order.
Deliveries are executed according to the agreed Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FOB, CIF, or DAP). Risk of transit damage transfers in accordance with the specified Incoterm. SerBuild guarantees seaworthy bundling, piece marking, and loading in compliance with international freight safety standards.
SerBuild warrants that all supplied steel components conform to the structural drawings, material grades (MTC 3.1), and European standards specified in the contract. Structural frames carry a statutory 10-year structural integrity warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to assembly conforming to SerBuild's erection manuals.
